 Caitlyn Kuan, Esq., MBA, is the founder of Agifall Advisory, a growth and M&A advisory firm. An attorney, management consultant and banker, she has 17 years of experience, advising Fortune 500, NASDAQ 100, PE and small to medium business (SMB) clients.


For the past 13 years, she has specialized exclusively in growth strategy and M&A matters.

  • Growth strategy projects include market assessment, market entry, product development, portfolio optimization, customer insight, persona build, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, KPI tracking and performance optimization.
  • Former growth strategy clients include Salesforce, HP, Gartner, DocuSign and TIAA.
  • M&A projects comprise of ~40 M&A transactions across industries through every phase of the M&A life cycle, from the initial market assessment, target sourcing and diligence through implementation of the divestiture or integration and post-separation work.
